Can Triple H Go About Trying Kettlebell Exercises Come WrestleMania?

Trying kettlebell exercises has a number of different advantages but I think that the assembling of strength and versatility stands tall above all else. It only advertises building power but there's a feeling of agility and flexibility that comes with it, which is what I could see becoming practical for a number of wrestlers. With WrestleMania just around the corner, who's to say that the performers couldn't take advantage of them in some way? Triple H probably has the most on his plate of any competitor during that event.

I'm not going to say that Triple H is particularly the most out of shape competitor today but I think he has lost quite a bit in recent years. You can chalk this up to him becoming part of the organization, leaving the full-time roster in order to pursue that particular interest. However, I think that it's impeded his athleticism and considering the test that awaits him at WrestleMania, this should not be a factor. On that gigantic stage, he has a sizable task in bringing down former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Not only is Lesnar a serious competitor in the ring but he is dangerous when you get right down to it. Triple H may want to go about trying kettlebell exercises if he's truly serious about bringing down the fighter. This isn't going to be any normal wrestling challenge, though, as you could imagine. Triple H is going to need to accept a few fitness tips which are associated with authorities like Lorna and put them to use so that he can secure a victory.

Lesnar is a serious competitor, meaning that Triple H is going to have to train differently than he ever did before. The impact that his moves have had in the past may not bode as well in this regard. I think that there has to be more in the way of brainpower so that he could survive against the former UFC star. These exercises could perform wonders so that the mind is helped along with various areas of the body associated with working out.

Triple H has always been known for his psychological game and there are few contenders who are able to match him in that aspect. It's what made him such a success when he was the top of his career but who's to say that trying kettlebell exercises couldn't help him further? This is especially true when you think about how he's been out of the ring for quite some time. I think it's apparent that he will need some help to better prepare for WrestleMania.
