How Kettlebells Can Assist Aspiring Superheroes

By Rob Sutter

So you want to become a superhero? Well, who doesn't want to have amazing powers and be adored by millions of people? Unless you get bitten by a radioactive spider or are born on a distant, probably now dead planet, your chances are likely closer to you becoming Kick-Ass than Superman. You know what could assist you though? Try a different kind of training regimen. Kettlebells and its exercises are a sure way to help you get in shape.

One of the main issues with Kick-Ass was that he was somewhat of a weakling. He lacked the physicality of typical superheroes. He didn't have imposing bulk or strength, and he actually got beaten rather severely a few times. If he had the core strength and deep muscular improvement that kettlebell training provides, perhaps he could have avoided that. Or perhaps not. He wasn't able to throw a punch, either.

Kettlebells present, to say the least, an intense workout that is very physical to boot. You can't just sit in the back and watch when working with these weights. Participation is not an option when you're utilizing these weights. The benefits of this form of training are incredible, though. The strength and agility that one gains from these weights is nearly unmatched. Results can be seen far more rapidly than with standard gym workouts, which shows just how effective fitness authorities like Lorna can be.

Superheroes have many demands on their time. From inventing an original costume to sustaining their alternate identities, they are very busy people. Fortunately for them, these distinctive set of workouts take perceptibly less time than typical gym workouts. After all, who has time to face crime, take on the evildoers of the world, and run on a treadmill for an hour a day like a gigantic hamster?

If Kick-Ass had used the weights in question, chances are tinier that he would have gotten beaten up so badly and so often. His arm, back, abdominal, and other muscles would have been really progressed. He would have had greater strength and endurance to battle. And if all else failed, his superior muscle development and increased agility would have helped him to run away that much speedily.
