Bruce Wayne & How Kettlebell Exercises Build Power

By Rob Sutter

"The Dark Knight Rises" was, in a way, the point when Bruce Wayne was the most vulnerable. This isn't to say that the other movies within the Batman series didn't show off the caped crusader as someone who's flawed but it seems like the finish of Batman's saga showed him as someone who was worn in many ways. He had to be able to pull himself out of the pitfall he found himself in, literally and figuratively. I believe the course could have been sped up with the use of kettlebell exercises.

Those who have seen Bruce Wayne during this movie know very well of just how broken he was to start with. After the deaths of his close comrade Harvey Dent and possible love interest Rachel Dawes, he went into recluse and his physical stature took a turn for the worst. Wayne, who battled for so long as Batman in order to bring thieves to their knees, was reduced to using a cane in order to get from place to place. It's obvious that he needed some work, though I'd have to imagine there were a few programs that would have helped the process.

I believe that this goes doubly true for kettlebell exercises and they can assist Wayne quite a bit. It's clear that the body of Wayne had diminished over the course of time and he would need to get back into a better condition than ever. These regimens, supported by fitness authorities like Lorna, can help to achieve that very goal. Wayne's body would need exercise that focuses on every area of his body and, in my mind, I don't think that there's a finer way to go about it.

Wayne may find it in his best interest to use these exercises in order to combat the one known as Bane. After all, he has been an imposing foe in Batman's life and the physical battles between the both of them have left the defender of Gotham beaten. In fact, it wasn't until he was broken once more that Wayne uncovered the power to take him down once and for all. In order to speed the process along, why not go with prior training with kettlebells being seen?

There's no question that Batman's ascent from the ashes is one that cannot be taken lightly. In fact, I think that he has sacrificed the most, only to come back and sacrifice just a little bit more. It's not an easy process being Bruce Wayne, in spite of the fact that he's a rather wealthy person on the outside, or at least that's how he used to be. He can arrive at the prime physical shape as Batman once more, though, and I believe that's when all of the training will pay off.
