When Comparing A Total Gym Workout Versus A Workout At 24 Hour Fitness It's About Budget

By Dorthy Weatherbush

The issue of exercising and being physically active is as simple as people are the same. This means that while some people embrace a workout as a way to work through stress or as an important part of their lives as a whole, there are others who are practically allergic to physical activity. These people need others to push them, to be beholden to something, and even when they're exercising it's nothing more than a chore to be finished. Most people, however, recognize how important activity is so they start to think of ways to start. When you compare a total gym workout versus a workout at 24 hour fitness, it comes down to expectation and drive.

It comes down to a person's preferences and their ability to maintain a schedule of hard work. Going to a gym offers a variety of different machines for both cardio and weight lifting that can engage those who tire easily from doing the same things all the time.

The variety extends past the hundreds of different machines that populate these sprawling clubs. There are classes, water aerobics, swimming, as well as things like yoga. The cost to have access to these amenities has never been cheap.

In fact, clubs are notoriously expensive, hard to leave, and filled with small fees that add up to an astronomical price. What people don't talk about, however, is that so many people are part of clubs but rarely go to workout. Most memberships languish and are never used!

When it comes to a Total Gym workout you are not sacrificing anything in comparison to what you have at a gym. The cost of this machine is a one time amount that is quite affordable and is definitely much cheaper than any membership could ever be.

It uses a sliding platform in addition to pulleys and levers which engage all of your different muscle groups. For the cost of one affordable machines, you will be getting a workout that is akin to a wide number of different machines within a club.

Having access to a good workout at home can be the difference between exercising and giving up. There is no reason to waste money on memberships that are rarely, if ever used, and commit yourself to something worthwhile and budget friendly.
