If you're as busy as most modern women, finding time for fitness motivation can be difficult. It's really besides the point whether you have a job or have lots to keep you busy at home. It's never easy to try to recapture how you looked and felt at some time in the past, when so many years of everyday life have intervened since then. It can be especially daunting to return to a prior state of fitness when you've been living your life for years since then. Having sufficient motivation is the key to success when it comes to starting and sticking with a fitness or exercise program.

Those that work out regularly for a long time run the risk of becoming bored. Simple strategies can be employed to help avoid or get past boredom.
